Jeff Becker
Jeff is the founder of Jeff Becker Mental Performance Consulting, a company that dramatically enhances performance by impacting the mindset, habits, routines, and peak performance skills of elite basketball athletes and coaches. He was co-founder of the (former) Powerhouse Hoops organization and director of their training facility. Jeff is the lead skills director of the Chris Paul CP3 Rising Stars All-American Camp, and a certified Peak Performance & Life Coach.
In his free time, Jeff stresses the importance of giving back to the local community through servant leadership. He frequently volunteers at local youth facilities and group homes around the greater Phoenix area. Jeff is married to Brooke and they have two little “tender lions,” Bowen and Baylor.
Brian Becker
Brian provides executive leadership coaching to corporate and nonprofit executives. He also speaks at conferences and workshops about the importance of principled leadership. He also consults with nonprofit boards on leadership and strategic planning.
Brian has delivered more than a thousand presentations throughout the United States, as well as Canada, England, Singapore, and South America. Brian lives in Poplar Grove, IL and is married to his wife, Kim, for 41 years. They have two adult children and three grandchildren.
